Refund Policy

AccPro Lite is operated by AccPro Investment Company (Pty) Ltd. Payments for our subscriptions are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund of the most recent payment within 30 days of that payment date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Free trial

We offer a 3-month free trial. No amount is charged during the trial. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at support@accprolite.co.za and we will assist.

After the 30-day window

Outside the 30-day window, refunds are handled at our discretion in line with Paddle's Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals.
